Helen begins a passionate relationship with a man who doesn’t know her secret identity. Caught in the crosshairs when her lover falls victim to the dangerous London underworld, Helen’s employer calls Sam to protect her. The guitar shop owner who gets Sam’s weapons plays bingo with Rat Scabies, a classic punk band called The Damned.
It starts off pretty well
It’s one of those generic entertainers where you can’t fault the acting, and the production values are mostly flawless. You think you’re about to be sucked into a complex spy thriller and seduced. But John Le Carre isn’t.
Instead, you quickly realize that it’s neither serious nor funny
As is often the case these days, the lack of plot is the problem. It has quirky characters and all the charm and dialogue you’d expect from a psychopath. They may be related to Eve from Killing Eve, but they’re poor cousins and don’t really add up on the scale of DNA psychopathy inheritance.

It’s a comedy of a spy thriller with a thin plot and a plot that relies on constant action scenes to fill the space. Sadly disappointing, it could have been a really good one. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
